Spring Time Safety

I think spring is here finally. With the mixing of the warm and cold fronts we often get some stormy weather. Making sure your buildings are ready for emergencies can bring comfort to your tenants. Here is a small list of items that should be checked for proper operation.

  1. Emergency lighting.
  2. Emergency exits and stairwells marked properly.
  3. Entrances with electric strikes and magnetic locks should allow you to exit in a power outage.
  4. Fire and other equipment in mechanical rooms should not be blocked by storage items to allow easy access.

Sump Pumps
