If you can call what we had winter. What little snow that is left will melt and the ground will begin to thaw. Where will all this water go? Most of it will soak into the ground or run off into the storm drains and some will find it’s way into your buildings. If you have sump pumps in your buildings now would be a good time to make sure they are working properly and that the outlet tube is not frozen if it runs outside. This could save you hundreds of dollars in clean up and water damage repairs. Don’t wait for the pump to tell you it’s not working. Let us find and repair the problem. Please call 763-551-0101 or send us an email at [service@unitedoperations.com](mailto:service@unitedoperations.com)  to schedule an inspection ###### Tags: [Newsletter](https://unitedoperations.com/blog/tag/newsletter) Post by [Admin](https://unitedoperations.com/blog/author/admin) March 9, 2012 ![footer-logo](https://unitedoperations.com/hs-fs/hubfs/footer-logo.png?width=164&height=120&name=footer-logo.png) United Operations, Inc. 2355 Polaris Lane North, Suite 104 Plymouth MN 55447 **Phone:** [763-551-0101](tel:763-551-0101) ©2026 United Operations, Inc.  |  [Privacy Policy](https://unitedoperations.com/privacy-policy)  |  [Terms and Conditions](http://23631300.hs-sites.com/terms-and-conditions)   - - - ```json { "@context": "http:\/\/schema.org\/", "datePublished": "2012-03-09T3:17:48 PM", "dateModified": "2023-03-29T1:15:41 PM", "headline": "Sump Pump Surprises", "description": "The end of winter is in sight.
